I've tried so many different rubber protectants and rejuvenators and none work as well as McNett's.
Use it on anything rubber, vinyl, plastic... basically anything but metals and fabrics.
Personally I've been using it on my exterior trim and rubber parts on my car. Not only does it work, it out lasts most of the protectants out there, such as Black Magic, Back to Black, and of course the old stand-by Armour All.
It applies cleanly, leaves little to no residue (that is easily buffed off with a clean cloth if any is left) and isn't offensive to smell.
Still finding more and more things to use it on and it has yet to let me down. Great stuff!
Pros:
Fairly cheap.
Works on most everything I've tried it on.
Lasts for a very long time.
Actually rejuvenated several worn out rubber bits and pieces I applied it to to almost new status.
Great spray bottle.
Cons:
Kinda pricy.

I've used this type of product for several years for various plastic roto-molded Kayaks in a mostly salt water area. It keeps the surfaces supple, flexible, and eliminates chalkyness and sun damage, (drying). I recently bought UV tech and used it on two kayaks stored in the sun and it appears to be excellent thus far. I see these kayaks everyday and keep track of their appearence. Yes, a cover would work fine, but I live in a windy envoironment and covers get torn or blown away. Critters like to make their homes there as well. This is the next best answer for me. A little UV Tech goes a long way. Tony
