The Original Indo Board balance trainer is the easiest model to learn on. It's great for riders of all ages and abilities so learn all the moves on this model then progress to one of the Pro models. Comes with a 30 x 18 inch deck board and a 6.5 inch diameter roller.

I have had this about 4 weeks now.
It is well made, both the board and roller.
I like that it is not on a rail as this give me more flexibility on how I can orient the board.
And a few times I have gotten it to move around fast enough to give me a surfing like feeling. This is great to work on while watching TV.
There is an optional cushion that is well priced, but I would not recommend getting it. I got it and only used it for a few hours before putting it on the roller. You could use a pillow instead.
Also expect to fall. By nature it is unstable, to improve your balance. I fell and banged up my shin pretty good, but I still like it and use it.
If you want to improve your balance skills for surfing, snowboarding or in general while you are indoors then I recommend this product.

I highly recommend this balance board, esp for surfers and skaters looking for some off season training. Also works very well when combined with a TRX.

I use the Indo Board for ~10 - 15 mins a day and I can feel my muscle working continuously. The barrel is a bit tough and I would highly recommend getting the cushion if you are not an experienced boarder. You can also do various exercises that are fun to do while on the board, adding challenges to those mundane workout regimes. Must have if you are trying to improve your balance and core.

I have the IndoFLO and the Indo Board Original. I like this one better. Great fun AWESOME AWESOME way to stay in shape. The video is a little cheesy wish it had an actual work out routine on it but other than that I LOVE IT!
I am almost 40 and I have a blast on it. I am a diver surfer and snowboarder so it really keeps your edge going!
